JACTS FY 2022 Obligated Projects Report

As the state-designated Metropolitan Planning Organization for the Jackson urbanized area, the Region 2 Planning Commission provides a list of projects in Jackson County “obligated” during FY 2022 (October 1, 2021 – September 30, 2022). The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) defines obligated as the federal government’s legal commitment to reimburse the implementing agency for the federal share of a project’s eligible costs. Although not all obligated projects were initiated or completed during this fiscal year, they have been approved by the FHWA for reimbursement in FY 2022.
